PHILEXPORT Membership

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Obtain application forms from the Membership Department or download from the website.
  2. Applicant submits the following documents to the same department or online:
    • fully accomplished application forms;
    • business name registration (SEC, DTI, CDA or BMBE);
    • audited financial statement or interim balance
      sheet;
    • Updated BIR 2303 and Mayor’s Permit;
    • product photos or brochure of services;
    • one (1) 2” x 2” colored picture of Authorized
      Representative/Owner;
    • specimen signatures of company officers
  3. Application is then endorsed to the Board of Trustees for approval.
  4. Applicants pays an annual fee of P2,000 and a one-time entrance fee of P700 upon approval of application.
