Client Profile Registration System (CPRS)

BOC Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 39 –  2008

Specifically prescribes, among others:

  1. That only brokers and exporters registered with the CPRS for exporters will be able to file export declarations (EDs) under the e2m.
  2. Philippine Exporters  Confederation, Inc.  
  3. Board of Investments (BOI) 
  4. Export Marketing Bureau (EMB)
  5. Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)
  6. Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone Authority
  7. Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA)
  8. Cagayan Special Economic Zone Authority

Private, non-stock, a non-profit umbrella
organization of Philippine exporters
mandated to develop and promote exports
under the Export Development Act (RA 7844).
